I was blown away by the staff members knowledge of the Apple products, considering it wasn’t an Apple store. John (the team member) asked some really good questions to establish my needs, he then tailored the presentation to suit my needs. I ended up buying! even though my intention was to only undertake some research on the item first. However, once John showed me how easy it was to use, and that it came with free online upgrades, I was persuaded to buy. I’d recommend this store and will be definitely being going back again soon.
