Cookies and website technologies

This website does not currently include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising tracking scripts in its published page code. Essential infrastructure and security services may still use cookies or similar technologies. Any analytics, embedded media or marketing tools added before launch will be reviewed for the appropriate UK consent or exemption requirements.

We will update this notice as the technologies in use change. Where optional tracking requires consent, it will remain disabled until you choose to allow it, with a way to change your choice later.

Website enquiry information

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details, organisation and message you provide so that Mystery Customer Evaluations can respond and discuss relevant services. The contact form uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service, to transmit your details to MCE’s nominated business email address. FormSubmit may process and temporarily retain submitted information under its own terms. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form.

We do not intend to use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis. Access should be limited to authorised personnel and relevant service providers.
